Life requires chemicals in all aspects, such as:
Fuel oil, biofuel & biodiesel, petrochemicals, base chemicals, oleochemical, polymer & plastic, paint & coating, pharmaceuticals & food ingredients, cosmetics, fertilizers & agro chemicals, cement, asphalt, synthetic rubber, lubricants, etc.

All of these are still very dependent on imports. So it’s time for us to build self-sufficiency in import substitution industries.
This certainly requires investment, technology, equipment, & raw materials.

So along with the 16th CTEF (Chemical Technology & Equipment Fair Expo) grand exhibition at the Shanghai National Convention Center, there will be a Conference and Awards for innovative Indonesian companies in the chemical industry.
Both for Chemical Plants and contractors, equipment industries and supporting services.

This is to create appreciation, collaboration & synergy between industrial players in the two countries.
Activities are supported by FSII, TENDER INDONESIA, Zhenwei International, Shanghai Advanced Materials Association, & Shandong Provincial Hi End Chemical Industry Association.
There will also be a visit to the Huayi Chemical Acrylic & Ester Industrial Park, the largest in China, as well as the DigiWin Industry 4.0 equipment factory.
